Senior Global Pastor & Chief Executive Officer

Pastor Ryan K. Holly Jr. is the visionary and driving force behind Generation Revival Church (GRC), where he serves as the Senior Global Pastor and Chief Executive Officer. His journey in ministry began over a decade ago, leading revivals across the nation that brought thousands to Christ through healing, prophecy, and deliverance. In 2020, during the global pandemic, Pastor Ryan launched GRC online, a move that has since reached over 30 million people worldwide. His commitment to revival, healing, and prophetic ministry has been the cornerstone of his leadership, as he seeks to ignite spiritual awakenings that transcend traditional boundaries. Pastor Ryan's faith is deeply rooted in his mission to spread the Gospel, and his innovative approach to ministry continues to make a lasting impact globally.

Tasjia Shaw

First Lady & Chief Operating Officer

Lady Tasjia Shaw is a dynamic leader, dedicated woman of God, and the backbone of Generation Revival Church’s operations as the Chief Operating Officer and First Lady. With a strong background in administration, operational management, and leadership, she expertly oversees the global operations and community outreach programs of GRC. Lady Tasjia’s professional journey includes significant roles in Fortune 500 companies, where she honed her skills in human resources, personnel management, and organizational efficiency. Her commitment to the communities served by GRC is unwavering, and she plays a pivotal role in the church’s growth and impact. As the Women’s Ministry Leader, Lady Tasjia is passionate about empowering women and families across America. Her faith and leadership are a testament to what God can accomplish through dedication and service. Lady Tasjia is a loving mother to her children, Kobe Smith, and stepdaughter Harper R. Holly, and she continues to inspire those around her through her steadfast commitment to God’s work.

Michael Johnson

Associate Pastor / Global MD & Chief of Staff

Michael Johnson serves as the Associate Pastor, Global MD, and Chief of Staff at Generation Revival Church, where his leadership and passion for ministry have made a significant impact. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Michael's early involvement in music education and leadership laid the foundation for his future in ministry. As one of the founders and the first director of the Gospel Choir at Lawrence North High School, Michael demonstrated his leadership skills early on. His educational journey continued at Paine College in Augusta, GA, where he served on the Board of Trustees, was a two-term Student Government Association President, and led the college’s Concert Choir and Praise Team. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Michael brings a unique blend of artistic and leadership talents to GRC. His motto, inspired by Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., "Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase," reflects his approach to ministry. Michael's faith-driven leadership continues to guide GRC’s global worship and arts initiatives, inspiring others to deepen their relationship with God through music and service.

Stephanie Delaney

Chief Executive Administrator

Stephanie Delaney is a highly skilled Chief Executive Administrator with over 15 years of experience in clerical and administrative roles. A devoted mother of four and a successful business owner, Stephanie has mastered the art of multitasking while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Her career has been marked by her exceptional ability to manage complex administrative duties with precision, making her an indispensable part of the GRC team. Stephanie's faith plays a central role in her life and work, driving her dedication to excellence in every task she undertakes. Known for her strong interpersonal and communication skills, she is committed to supporting the church’s mission by ensuring that all administrative operations run smoothly. Stephanie’s unwavering commitment to her faith and her role at GRC exemplifies her desire to serve God and her community with diligence and grace.

Dr. Linda Mathew

Director; Mental Health & Social Services

Dr. Linda Mathew is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in mental health and social services, specializing in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex personal and relational dynamics. As the Director of Mental Health & Social Services at GRC, Dr. Mathew brings a wealth of expertise in acceptance commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and palliative care. A licensed clinical social worker, she is deeply committed to addressing the intersectionality of race, sex, culture, and socioeconomic status in her practice. Dr. Mathew’s faith is integral to her work, guiding her as she supports the emotional and spiritual well-being of those she serves. She holds advanced degrees from New York University and is an accomplished author and presenter. Dr. Mathew also dedicates her time to educating the next generation of social workers as an adjunct faculty member at NYU and Smith College, reflecting her commitment to giving back to her field.

DaRale Walton

Director; Workforce Development

DaRale Walton is a respected community leader, acclaimed speaker, and leadership coach, with a passion for Workforce Development. His career in Human Resources and Leadership Development has spanned years of helping businesses and non-profits establish effective strategies for recruitment, team development, and performance improvement. DaRale has collaborated with state labor departments, community groups, and Chambers of Commerce to address employment challenges and strengthen local economies. His commitment to building a competent workforce is driven by his belief in the power of strong, well-equipped communities. A devoted husband, father, and pastor, DaRale’s faith informs his work and his approach to leadership. He is passionate about making a positive impact and is dedicated to serving both his community and his church through his work at GRC.

Jennifer Nelson

Director; Health Care & Housing Development

Jennifer Nelson is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience in healthcare and a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration from SUNY Delhi. As the Director of Health Care & Housing Development at GRC, Jennifer is committed to addressing health disparities and resource inequities in underserved communities. Her work in New York City’s vulnerable areas has fueled her passion for identifying and mitigating the gaps in healthcare and housing. Jennifer’s faith is at the heart of her mission to serve others, guiding her efforts in strategic planning and community outreach. She plays a key role in GRC’s 2025 Housing Development Plan, using her expertise to ensure that communities have access to the resources necessary for a healthy and dignified life. Jennifer’s dedication to her faith and her profession exemplifies her commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of those she serves.

Janaina Middleton

Director; Business Development

Janaina Middleton is an experienced business consultant with a passion for entrepreneurship and a deep commitment to supporting small businesses. With over six years of experience, Janaina has helped countless entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of starting and growing a business. Her work with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and her own consulting business has provided her with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in business development. Janaina’s faith is a driving force behind her dedication to seeing Kingdom businesses succeed, as she believes in the power of entrepreneurship to contribute to the expansion of God’s Kingdom. Her approach to consulting is tailored to the unique needs of each client, providing innovative solutions and strategies that drive growth and success. Janaina’s passion for her work is matched by her commitment to making the process of becoming an entrepreneur accessible and achievable for all.

Kealohilani

Director; Education

Kealohilani Leleo, known as Kay, is a dedicated educator with a proven track record of developing innovative teaching methods that address the diverse learning needs of students. With a strong background in education and advanced degrees in instructional leadership and learner-centered practices, Kay is well-equipped to serve as GRC’s Education Director. Her commitment to promoting equity and inclusivity in education is reflected in her active involvement in student government, peer mentoring, and community service initiatives. Kay leverages technology and creative approaches to enhance learning experiences, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed. Her faith is a central component of her work, driving her passion for bridging the educational equity gap in both online and in-person settings. Kay’s blend of practical teaching experience and dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment makes her a valuable asset to GRC’s educational initiatives, where she continues to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives.
